| I would not have any problem with a referendum on golf as long as the wordings provides all the details such as net cost (annual expenses plus capital cost less income) over maybe 10 years annually. Also number of OP resident or summer OP renters rounds played and non OP or rental rounds. It must devluge all facts in order to make an informed decision. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Shutting it down because some people, and not some alleged majority, don't want to pay for it in their assessments isn't a reason to turn it into a park. IMHO. Let's eliminate opinions. Let's eliminate "some people," and "some alleged majority." Let's hold a referendum on the issue and allow all 8440 association members to vote. Will you support a referendum to allow all association members to make the decision? |
