For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: My response was and is , I have lived in 2 other communities with amenities and they were included with HOA fees, and if you did not use them there was a different fee structure for property upkeep, such as it is for canal home owners here. One can feel your pain, but it sounds like you failed to do your due diligence when making a major investment. |
