I wonder if our Pavillion floor at WHPark could be striped for pickleball and screened somewhat?
Are you aware the pickleball players already have use of the Community Center gym for several hours perhaps four times or more every week? |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Hi John, The D.C. Rec Dept. has turned over three recreation centers during the day for adult Pickleball. After school hours, they go back to regular youth activities. Pickleball is best indoors, and very popular. I wonder if our Pavillion floor at WHPark could be striped for pickleball and screened somewhat? It could be used on rainy days. I think the players should help pay for additional courts the way that other groups have done. Nancy |
