Cordwell should be publicly censured for his behavior.
He should be removed from the board for cause. Terry and Thompson wanted to remove Marty Clarke just because complained about some board or GM actions. Cordwell threatened a fellow board member with bodily harm at a public board meeting. Having said that, Collins was totally off the rails and the president should have reined Collins in before the exchange with Cordwell ever took place. The meeting was a disgrace from many aspects. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: "The president of the Board is AWOL". I agree and wrote him as such. Has no idea how to properly run a meeting, maintain order and civility. Cordwell should be publicly censured for his behavior. |
