For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: My guess is it will pass with four votes -- Jacobs, Terry, Cordwell, and Renaud. Then again, maybe one of them will surprise me and do the right thing.... throw this all back at the GM until he comes up with some realistic numbers on the entire project, or change the scope of the original project approved by the board. My guess was right on target. The camel's nose is under the tent. The playground will be moved to accommodate future pickleball courts. Terry even had the gall to suggest moving the playground had nothing to do with pickleball courts. It is for the kids. Interesting, not a single board member asked the GM why proper maintenance was never done on the playground. |
