IMHO, no new construction, of any sort, should take place until deferred maintenance on our existing physical plant has been completed.  That will keep our staff occupied, & our funds profitably spent, for at least the next 5 years.  No glory in that for Thompson or those on the Board looking to point to a "great achievement," except maybe a community that actually lives up to its advertising.
