The board approved investigating the cost of converting two underutilized tennis courts to pickle ball courts instead of constructing new pickle ball courts.
That support for Herrick by Terry, Jacobs and Renaud was just for show. You didn't see that? By the way, it was pickleball courts on two existing tennis courts as well as two new platform tennis courts. That scheme does not comply with what Tom Terry clearly said was a board-approved master plan for Manklin Meadows. That plan will be accomplished unless the results of the coming election of three board members brings in directors who think more like Herrick.. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: So exploring lower cost alternatives seems the topic at hand. That was my take after watching the video of today's board meeting.
