For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: No, I didn't try and make him the issue. As you well know I stated that others beyond the GM can also come into play regarding lack of maintenance on OP facilities and equipment. For us to believe or even allege that the only person who can act on necessary maintenance in OP is the GM is just pure nonsense.
