Certainly. However, given that OPA tends to get new board members every year and majority groups may vary from year to year, timing is everything. For example, had the Rkow board not fired Olson and hired Thompson when they did, it is likely the next year there would not have been four votes to do so and Olson might well still be the GM. Having said that, the GM serves solely at the pleasure of any four board members. There are no appropriate steps. It is a contractual relationship and the contract provides for separation compensation as agreed by the parties. |
