a major problem to deal with once you get to know how things work (or don't) in OPA Land.
Board candidates, association members, et al keep thinking that OPA operates like the real world. Does anyone ever wonder why the GM has difficulty obtaining bids? Could be because the bidders have come to realize this is not the real world. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Larry If I have a manager who is responsible for a certain facility and cannot ,on his own , perform the necessary maintenance , I would have a major problem. FYI: You have a major problem to deal with once you get to know how things work (or don't) in OPA Land.
