For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Jeff, We purchased our home in OP May 2002, and as I recall, the Beach Club has always been open to the public for use, except the dressing room and shower area which was only open to non-member use if a non-member purchased a swim pass. Perhaps this is the reason the IRS did not include the Beach Club in the audit of the Beach Club Parking. |
