For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: We will need to look at how we operate to be sure we follow the rules. Also keep in mind that the IRS may be interpreting rules differently now than back when OPA was granted a tax exemption. Some of the ground breaking cases are relatively recent -- like Flatrock and even OPA's. |
