| Marty, I found reading the actual case rather interesting. The primary issue it raised for me was whether we had to pay tax over the ocean because the facility was in a different community (a key word in the case) than where the HOA is primarily located. This is, in my view, a crucial legal question when it comes to whether or not the decision applies only to the oceanfront property or to all of the mainland OPA as well. | ||||||

The two sites should be required reading along with our DRs, By-Laws and the MD Homeowner Association Act for every new director. Marty |
