I am pretty sure you and I will disagree on this one, and that is OK. I want a competent tax attorney to reduce to writing his opinion that OPA, after picking the pockets of its "private membership" to build and maintain its amenities must allow those same amenities to be open to the public outside of the Ocean Pines community. Sorry, just does not make one shred of sense. Thanks. Marty |
