IF it's done as part of a complete replacing of the YC hours, service, menu, etc. I would be in favor of spending money to completely reorder the layout of the first floor. But it has to be part of a larger plan. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Agreed on the mistake of tearing-down rather than "fixing-up", but that subject is way beyond even taking about & a waste of time. With no disrespect intended,HOPEFULLY it becomes a prime example of live & learn & to make the next HUGE investment one that includes true professionals that understand the businesss & demographics of OP. High-Top tables are great when well-placed on the interior area along the walls to maximize the fullest seating capacity,,especially for a bar that was built about a third the size it should have been built. The younger crowd seems to prefer the high-top tables & it does help to "break-up the room",but most older folks would probably tell you how much easier it is to get into a normal chair,rather than one that is 30 inches off of the floor or more. |
