I know you are asking for a cancellation of Thursday meeting but barring that happening how will this play out at the meeting? Is one person, e.g. Hill supposed to have the floor to lay out detailed instances of the alleged behavior? Do other directors get an opportunity to add to it? Does Trendic get a chance to cross-exam Hill and the others while defending himself? Can witnesses be called? Ken |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Here is additional information from the meeting board packet as submitted by Director Brett Hill: Motion: I move that pursuant to Section 5.12(B) of the Ocean Pines By Laws, the Board conduct a hearing and subsequent vote for the removal of Director Trendic from the Ocean Pines Association Board of Directors. Background: Director Trendic has conducted himself with behavior that has violated not only attorney-client privilege, but also breached his fiduciary responsibilities as an officer of the corporation by disclosing confidential information to the press, in public meetings and in direct conversations with employees. |
