There is no there there. As an association member, I strongly urge you to withdraw this motion unless there is additional information you have not provided to the board. Short of "high crimes and misdemeanors," no board should be removing an director elected by the association members.

I may not be a fan of Slobodan Trendic's political views or even his attempts to have you removed as acting GM, but this removal motion is the worst form of ugly politics. There can be no winner, only losers... mainly association members. Based on your sketchy "charges" provided as background to the board, I strongly urge all board members to cancel the meeting and forget this motion.
