I mean what I wrote:

I wrote, "If Parks and Supik don't show up then the motion is rather moot, unless Trendic votes to remove himself."  

If Parks and Supik are not there, then the only way to gain five votes for removal is for Trendic to vote to remove himself.

I wrote, "If three board members are absent, the motion cannot be voted upon or passed."

If ANY three members are absent there are only four members attending, a quorum for meeting purpose, but not five votes present to remove a director.
