For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: hen one day, someone rode in on a white horse, suggested all the rulers step down, lease some of the amenities to private commercial entities, Nice try. Except a lease will not work. To avoid the adult-only restrictions I believe the facility would have to be sold to a private person or company, not leased. The YC and YC pool property will not be sold. |
