I am sending this to you not replying to a specific posting. This is your forum and unfortunately seems to be the only way to know what is happening in OP and I appreciate that you make this available to us.
I am running out of energy to look for specific emails to quote and this is purely what I recall and if I am not accurate, I am quite confident you will tell me. I will tell you in advance I do not know any employees in OPA and have no firsthand knowledge of anything. So what I say is strictly what I recall reading here.
Do you find it strange, as I do, that before this all this came to the forefront, that we were hearing complaints about Hill and Herrick not addressing complaints from employees about Hill? Now there is one “supposedly” that was exist against Trendic, who has been questioning Hill publicly,
is being taken seriously? Are they selectively and conveniently deciding what complaints they want to act on based on their personal agenda? Is this the only way they could justify their actions.

I have always admired Marty as he has always questioned and challenged as a board member with a strong commitment for what he believes in, which is what Trendic is doing now. Suddenly there is a negative comment about Marty that came from Trendic and he has now jumped in bed with Hill and Herrick. Unfortunately for him the timing has been bad as he not only will not receive my vote; he has lost the vote I would have given. I am surprised and have lost respect for him. I thought he had tougher skin than that
