| Hill will make the motion. It is on the agenda. He will need one other board member to second. If no second, everone goes home. If a second, then discussion. Finally a vote. Five YES votes and Trendic is off the board with no recourse but a court. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Point of clarification.... Does Mr. Hill have to introduce the motion and then if 4 Directors denied the motion that would be the end of the meeting? |
