Your post is spot on.  Directors Trendic and Jacobs are the only two directors that I see as providing oversight to the AGM.  Is Trendic a pain in butt?  Perhaps. Lordy, I wish I had a dollar for every person I dealt with in my career who provided oversight on what I was doing and was a pain in the butt. It was Trendic who was pushing for the Board to at least investigate the pros and cons of outsourcing the GM position to a HOA Advising firm as other HOAs have done.  Not even an ounce of consideration to looking at the idea from what I can see.  With that avenue dismissed I suspect Trendic and other directors were pushing the Board last fall and early winter to pick up the pace to recruit a permanent GM.  I keep asking myself why the Board would take so long.  I have my own opinion but it would get slammed as innuendo.

Lastly, you are correct in calling out Hill's threat to Trendic - "you want to play let's play."  It's a despicable act by Hill and Herrick to set up this public trial.  To them the end justifies the means.  Well, the "means" is tearing this community apart.
