The forum is reacting to charges in writing by Director Hill on the OPA web site. If there is speculation it is because Hill has provided noting specific. |

Maybe, just maybe, the BOD is addressing a situation, or situations, that calls for the action(s) they plan to take. Anyway, lots of nonsense, speculation, innuendo, rumors...
