No director has to be there.  A quorum of four must be there (in person or on phone) to have a meeting, but the motion would be senseless since it take five votes to remove.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Ironic that the director looking to cast a vote doesn't have to be there...Interesting...as you say all the time" you can't make this stuff up" Wasn't it posted that Herrick won't be there Friday morning, that he was going to call in? This debacle should be rescheduled again or held when it was supposed to be Thursday night, especially since Parks said he could have called in.....ridiculous. |
