I believe you have posted that you have advocated a forensic audit of the Yacht Club , and I couldn't agree more. My question is with your expertise in these matters what would that audit have to show before you would agree to widen its scope? |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I have never implied that you don't know how a forensic audit works. On the contrary, I believe you know exactly how a forensic audit works which is why I keep asking you how wide and how deep do you expect it to go. If nothing else, the answer to that question would give an indication of how expensive this audit would be. I think that as one of your constituents I deserve an answer rather than "Look at that shiny object over there!!!" Failing an answer to what the other activities are that are unnamed in your proposed motion, I am back to square one. You have not denied that you told Clarke that you discovered this $188,000 lien against Hill and/or his business. You have posted that you brought the existence of this lien to the attention of the Board president. You have posted the wording of a proposed motion for a forensic audit which would presumably include Hill's term as GM. Do you have any evidence that would justify the expense of this audit or are you going to say it is a necessary exercise to determine any mistakes or malfeasance by anyone in the last one, two or three administrations? |
