I know for a fact this is not political, it is practical. Slobodan has done everything in his power to undermine Brett Hill for months. He questions every decision with email after e mail. He has conspired with another director to drum up employee complaints. He is not a gadfly, he is an obstructionist. I believe that the main reason for this action by Mr. Herrick is to give our new General Manager a fighting chance. Marty |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Ken, Your suggested possible motive rings true. I did not vote for Trendic, but he has stuck to his guns, right or wrong, and now it appears it is time to silence the opposition. Something is very wrong with how this board is operating and we are seeing another move along these lines. If they pull this off, this would set a precedence to silence all opposition to a 'majority' of any board. The case better be made to a point it rises to removal. Ted |
