As you know I ran against Slobodan in last year's election.  Prior to the election I had no contact with him and only brief contact since.

That being said I personally believe he is doing an excellent job as a Director and could not agree more with your sentiments.

I have no idea of what's going on behind the scenes and behind the 'wall of transparency ' created by the Board majority.  But to remove Slobodan their reason and proof better be beyond any shadow of doubt.

I will share with you that since the Bosack event no fewer than a dozen individuals have approached me seeking support to recall Brett Hill.

Even prior to that I suggested, on this Forum, a forensic audit of last year's F&B operations because of the sharp drop in revenue. Since the announcement regarding Slobodan, I have been receiving  calls and emails asking how to force that issue.

My concern is we are potentially facing the most serous challenge to our governance in the history of OP because of simple politics and personalities.

We are well past the time where the majority of this Board should have stepped up to their responsibilities in the areas of oversight and transparency.  Attempting to remove a Director without rock solid cause and evidence will just be another failure on their part in leadership and governance.
