Steve,
I believe he lives on the lower end of Bird's Nest. I know several people down there and they have suffered from heavy rains in the past. I suspect that they have been trying to work with OPA to rectify their situation but if I were in that area I would be worried about a Nor'easter or hurricane this fall. |
