What she also won't be saying is how long the average resident stays here.  Turnover is very high.  People buy and move a few years later.  A few of my neighbors have owned less than 3 years and are already selling/sold and moving out of OP.  My own house was built in 1994, I'm the 4th or 5th owner.  We always hear of families out in town who lived here, but quickly moved out in town and still use OPA amenities because it's only a few bucks more.
