For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Tom, the real estate market here in OP has been flat for the past couple of years. People that I know who own property at several Jersey Shore towns have seen prices steadily increase since our economic downturn a few years ago but we have not experienced the same appreciation. I do know that I love Ocean Pines and have found it to be an ideal place as my vacation home...John |
