We asked the same thing. What was explained to us was "in town" was outside of OP and in Berlin. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: We always hear of families out in town who lived here, but quickly moved out in town and still use OPA amenities because it's only a few bucks more. Such anecdotal information is of no value. By the way, where the heck is "in town?" |
