You can withhold assessment payment. You will then be charged what amounts to 20% per year interest and OPA will collect.
Paying the interest is a gamble worth taking. It's better than having the same thing continue and raising our assessment fee's when things fail again. Pay $190 and stop the madness? Yeah, I'll gladly take that. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: im dead serious. I won’t continue to religiously pay my dues when there is zero accountability by our association.
