Who would I call to set up an appt to view all contracts, association managers contract and legal information except for confidential information that has not yet been filed with the court system once it has it become's public record.
The GM would be your first point of contact. Keep in mind that OPA can refuse to show you anything if the refusal is based on the in-writing legal advice of attorney. If you are thinking of any extensive involvement, hire a lawyer... otherwise you may as well go bang your head on a brick wall. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Hi Joe, Who would I call to set up an appt to view all contracts, association managers contract and legal information except for confidential information that has not yet been filed with the court system once it has it become's public record. Before I moved to OP I was the BOD President of our Condo Association while it is different in certain areas of what can and can’t be done. I’m shocked at some of what I heard at the meeting on Sunday it seems that something fishy is going on. Thanks, Leslie |
