I will be contacting the state attorney general, the state police. Please post whom you talk with plus phone numbers. Others may want to take your lead and make complaints also. I refuse to believe that their is nothing members of an HOA can do if they suspect the Board of covering up theft, not charging someone for theft, not taking action when the AGM brought up his concerns and how a closed facility can lose over $100,000 dollars while it was closed. For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I’m shocked. More shocked that is blantant theft with no accountability. I’m a self employed business from family of lawyers. I’ve spoken to them for opinion. I will be contacting the state attorney general, the state police. I will not sit back quietly and watch this. I am considering starting a petition to withhold our association fees until their has been a forensic audit completed and those responsible held accounotable and arrested. Why do we have a loss in January.? |
