| Thank you for starting the process. This may be the only way matters get straightened out in OP. It seems that we merely replace ineffective and inept board members by voting in new members that get us deeper into the mire of past actions. Maybe lawsuits or at least the threat of legal action will start to change the way business is done by the board and their minions. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I’m shocked. More shocked that is blantant theft with no accountability. I’m a self employed business from family of lawyers. I’ve spoken to them for opinion. I will be contacting the state attorney general, the state police. I will not sit back quietly and watch this. I am considering starting a petition to withhold our association fees until their has been a forensic audit completed and those responsible held accounotable and arrested. Why do we have a loss in January.? |
