Life defining? No. Hurt our yearly projected income pretty badly, though. We were more than a little angry about that.
My wife received no money from OPA as a result of any kind of settlement. She received a check for her work at the banquet, after my lawyer did his lawyer thing over a period of months. I can't speak for anyone else. I haven't heard anything about any kind of settlement with anyone regarding the New Year's banquet. I'm not sure where you're getting your info. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: We're pretty much over it, at this point. This was some sort of life defining event? Wife got paid what she worked for. Do you know if others working that same evening were covered in any settlement or decision by OPA that resulted in your wife receiving pay for the evening? |
