For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: That is not all the word is out on...I just had a real estate agent tell me the company she works for met today and part of the discussion was how to market properties in OP. After last year's negative press and, now, news paper articles of theft, corruption, assessment increases, high utilities, and anything else going on in OP that the public is reading and hearing about is making prospective buyers ask alot of questions. The meeting was focused on how to respond to the questions. So IMO the public is taking notice of OP and how all these issues are being addressed. |
