For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Jim Sorry it TOM so long to response however Claire and I have been enjoying the beautiful weather in Pensacola Fl the summer home of the Blues Angels. Any if I remember correctly I precooked the shrimp and the scallops then diced them very fine. I then added planco bread crumbs with a little seasoning and tossed with olive oil. I stuffed the mushrooms with them and cooked until tender. John |
