For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: A great summary. I've been wondering (for a while) how much longer it would be -- before the "honeymoon" would be over. For us, it was when OP was found to be preparing food in that dirty kitchen and selling it to be eaten in the golf course grill. Dirty dishes lying around dating back to News Years party -- also mold present in the YC building, being un-treated. And still preparing food there WOW -- A FAILING GRADE . That was the time that the responsibility landed squarely on the new GM Bailey's watch, and on his shoulders. No more excuses of "he's new" so give him time. And now the real estate sales snafu-- his OK needed before folks can sell their homes?? A self-inflicted injury. No excuses will suffice for that practice. And Yes the accumulation of all those other issues. Tom PS might be a typo -- 4th from last para "OR" bylaws (not "of") |
