I've answered the money question before: nothing is pre-arranged (details in message # 1014021). I enjoy doing this work, and I am pretty good at it. I get satisfaction from helping my clients -- both the organization and its people -- capture the benefits of a new system. And in this case, since I live in the Pines, I get the extra satisfaction of helping my community improve its ability to serve its homeowners.
