I think the above goes a tad too far. Len works for OPA as an independent contractor. He is not an employee. He was hired by Brett hill, I believe, and now works solely at the pleasure of GM Bailey. He was tasked by Bailey to work closely with Tom Terry's Technology Work Group. If you have questions about what Len does and what he is paid, perhaps the appropriate person to ask is John Bailey.
