  For the 18 years that I have lived here this is the first time the board made a decision that not only made sense but finally spent money on a worth while cause.

I commend them for this action although most management decisions in the Pines is more than questionable.

As the issue with dogs especially in The Parke let those that complain have the birds crap in there yards.
