What planet is Mr. Bailey from, is he trying to get sacked by the Board or possibly lynched by the homeowners?
Great choice of words Robert. A really appropriate way of summarizing the big downslide I was feeling regarding Bailey's judgement. To even entertain an idea of creating a new administrative nightmare shows extremely poor judgement, in my book. A real "Debbie Downer" What better way could anyone say -- again -- What planet is Mr. Bailey from, is he trying to get sacked by the Board or possibly lynched by the homeowners? Tom |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Joe, I'm sure one of the attorneys on the forum could answer the question but I wonder if the OPA having maintained the ditches since forever or, in our case the past 50 years have they set a precedent?
