The ink wasn't even dry when Bailey's comment about having us clean and maintain our own ditches was posted before Marty quoted chapter and verse the rules in the OPA documents that made it crystal clear the ditches and pipes are solely the responsibility of the OPA.
That's why I say Thank God for Marty, he's a walking encyclopedia of Ocean Pines rules and regulations. |
