for sure OPA is responsible it's in the by laws for years
I don't own the ditch or the front area of my home OP does and should be responsible to keep areas up and cleared. they are worried about geese in the Pines look at our drainage and flooding let's get real The road ways need to be paved, holes patched and white lines on the road way where's the priority in the Pines?? |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Joe, After the drainage committee meeting that you and I attended I reread the DR's for the Bainbridge section. I am not an attorney nut it pretty clear that OPA..is responsible for maintaining the ditches. I look forward to reading the drainage committee report and any legal opinion on responsibility. I believe has major responsibility. I see no evidence we need more employees and equipment to do the work. It may be more economical and effective to contract some aspects of drainage repairs and maintainable. Steve Tuttle |
