For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Bailey is 100% the person trying to place drainage maintenance on individual association members. I'll refer you to Bauersmith's comment: What planet is Mr. Bailey from, is he trying to get sacked by the Board or possibly lynched by the homeowners? I'd agree with Bauersmith.
