Yes I was at the regular board meeting and I did hear what Mr. Bailey said. I also sent him a very detailed email within twenty four hours stating the same opinion I posted here a few hours ago. Marty |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Marty quoted nothing from the DRs. He did reference what he said were some applicable sections, but no quotes from the documents Bailey said what he said over a week ago at the board meeting and Marty was there. |
