I don't know when the drainage committee meeting was held that it came up. I can tell you it was discussed as early as June 6 to 8. I don't know if that pre-dates the meeting you are speaking about. Ted |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: As you know this was raised by a Board member who wanted a legal opinion on the matter. Bailey is 100% the face of this issue. Not Trendic or some other board member. Bailey was the first person to raise the issue at the drainage committee meeting. Bailey is the one talking about it publicly at a board meeting. Bailey said "HE" had requested a legal opinion. Bailey never mentioned any board member. |
