For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I personally don’t have a problem with homeowners being responsible for cleaning ditches in front of their house and maintaining their driveway culver. You mean OPA does not need a second $70,000 machine to clean out driveway pipes? However, there are very large drainage ditches that drain the sediment ponds that would be difficult for a homeowner to maintain. These large ditches on easements adjacent to lots may be exactly the ones the GM wants individual lot owners to maintain. |
