For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: It has to do with the right of the easement. OPA has been granted by deed the right to an easement for drainage and stormwater management on all properties in OP. Look to your title search to see what rights OPA was granted. Legally they have been granted the right of easement for drainage and stormwater mgmt. I don't believe it can be reversed. This sounds like a plan to justify an additional charge for it. |
